HR Assistant [Philippines]


 

Job Description:

  • Manage telephone communications, including answering inquiries, handling reservations, addressing guest concerns, and providing property-related information.
  • Oversee booking management across multiple platforms using tools like HostAway, ensuring accuracy in the availability, rates, and property details.

  • Resolve any issues that arise during the rental period, such as guest complaints or maintenance needs, ensuring optimal guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies to optimize rental performance and improve the guest experience.
  • Maintain accurate property listings on various booking platforms, ensuring the property descriptions, amenities, and photographs are up-to-date and appealing.
  • Coordinate property maintenance and cleaning services, scheduling routine upkeep, prompt repairs, and thorough cleaning to keep the properties in top condition.

Skills/Knowledge:

  • Excellent communication skills for effective telephone interactions.
  • Proficiency in using booking management software like Hostaway.
  • Problem-solving skills to effectively resolve issues and complaints.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to optimize rental performance.
  • Detail-oriented approach for maintaining accurate property listings.
  • Coordination skills for managing property maintenance and cleaning services.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with a team and interacting with guests.
  • Must have Customer Service experience
  • Experience in property management or a related field.
  • Experience working in hospitality is preferable but not required.
  • Strong analytical and data-gathering skills
  • Must be organized and have knowledge of project management and organizational software
  • It would be nice to have a marketing background or social media experience.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage various projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience in booking management across multiple platforms.
  • Experience in coordinating property maintenance and cleaning services.
  • System Requirements:
  • Desktop/Laptop: Your processor should be at least Intel Core i5 or higher or equivalent with 4GB of RAM (recommended 8GB)
  • Internet connection should have at least 10Mbps

Work Hours:

  • Full-time (40 hours a week)
  • Thursday-Monday
  • 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM Pacific Time
