We are looking to recruit two skilled Chinese Cuisine Chef or Cook forFortune fountainto meet increasing demand from our discerning diners.

Number of positions: 3

Employment type: full-time, permanent

On roster: Monday to Sunday, from 10am 10pm - at least 30hours per week.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Assist Chef/Cook by performing routine food preparation, cleaning and storage tasks.

Conduct the task of gathering food ingredients in preparation for cooking and serving

Conduct the task of gathering woks, pots and pans in preparation for cooking food ingredients

Conduct the task of weighing and measuring ingredients

Conduct the task of washing, peeling, cutting, slicing and dicing ingredients for cooking and serving

Conduct the task of cutting and grinding meat, poultry and seafood in preparation for cooking

Conduct the task of storing food supplies, equipment, dishes and cooking wares in refrigerators, cupboards, pantries and other storage areas

Informing Cook/Chef when food supplies are low.

The successful candidate must have:

Training will provided, so prior work experience is not required but would be an advantage

Good work attitude and good communication skills

Strong motivation

Physical fitness and could handle the heavy workload

Quality workmanship and eye for detail

Strong dedication to health and workplace safety

Excellent interpersonal skills to work with other team members.

Strong ability to work independently

Must be available to work on weekends and public holidays if required.
