For our location in Bunschoten we are recruiting for an experienced and enthusiastic Assembly Engineer Mechatronics to build new bakery equipment for our customers.

As Assembly Engineer Mechatronics at AMF, your main responsibility is to assembly new machines. Off course you also test the assembled machine units for correct functionality and help to turn equipment into operation. If a new machine unit does not operate as it should, you are the one who identifies the defects and fixes the issue. Although you normally work at the factory of AMF, you can sometimes join our installation & commissioning team in the field if you want, to help them with a new install. No day will be the same and the job requires flexibility and technical expertise.

Your main responsibilities as Assembly Engineer Mechatronics are:
- Mechanical and electrical assembly of new bakery equipment and production lines for the food industry conform AMF quality and safety standards
- Taking care of (mechanical) adjustments if needed
- Final check of parts before assembling
- Testing of equipment and preparing equipment for the FAT
- Identifying and solving mechanical and electrical defects
- Helping AMF to make our equipment better by continuous improvement
- Attending Daily Management and problem solving initiatives
What you will bring:
- LTS, MTS or ROC level 3 in werktuigbouw, mechatronica or similar education
- Able to understand technical drawings, 3D models and electrical schemes
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as assembly engineer, mechanic or electrician in machine manufacturing is preferred
- You are accurate, result driven and able to work in a team
- Fluent in Dutch and preferably also in English.
- Willing to learn and you have a drive to improve
