Solution Designer [Australia]


 

As a Solution Designer, your role will sit within the Enterprise Information Management division, specifically the team that is responsible for building data governance platform and tooling capability. This role will also manage our industrialise information manage theme focused on enabling scalable application of information management practices, tools by optimising and automating processes.

Location: Sydney

Key responsibilities include:

  • Work with the EIM Agile project team to complete the assigned task and achieve enterprise objectives
  • Engage in the EIM tooling design lifecycle and enhance it continuously
  • Perform regular forum packs and analysis
  • Work with Tooling leads to design products that exceed customer requirements
  • Apply HCD and design principles to drive tools and MI adoption.

About you:

  • 5+ years Data Management or Business Management experience or an equivalent tertiary education
  • Comprehensive knowledge on data governance/management concepts and experiences in leading the design/implementation
  • Experience in data governance/management products, preferably Collibra, Informatica Data Quality, etc
  • Strong business and technical analytics skill to transform business requirements to technical designs
  • Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills with a passion for championing change
  • Proficient in understanding in-house eco-system and leading the design process across different teams
  • Fast and self-driven learner of data and technology products.
  • Experiences of Agile ways of working
  • Preferable financial services experience
