We are looking for a dedicated HOSTESS to offer graceful and impeccable service towards all guests and act as ambassador of our high-end club's service philosophy.
REQUIREMENTS:
- European, Moroccan, Lebanese
- Strong English communication skills -- to be able to communicate clearly and effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Well-groomed, neat appearance and with high standard of personal hygiene.
- Proven related experience in an upscale lounge club setting of 4-star or 5-star hotel.
- Possess great guest relations skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Guest oriented, service minded and attention to quality.
YOUR ROLE:
- Greet and welcome guests in a pleasant, warm and friendly manner.
- Seats guests at tables and manage the seating chart.
- Monitor club activity to determine seating and dining flow.
- Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Responds to complaints and help to resolve, reports any incidents to the management.
- To exhibit good manner, an elegant demeanor and speak in a polite and attentive manner.
- Adhere to the high level of grooming standards of the property.
- Provide accurate information to guests related to menus, events and promotions.
