- Career counseling for students interested in pursuing CA/ACCA
- To handle all the activities related to Admissions
- Handle all the telephone calls and face-to-face inquiries and convert them into Admissions.
- To coordinate and maintain an efficient admissions database.
- To oversee the management of the course inquiry line, ensuring all inquiries are monitored and dealt with to a high standard.
- To keep up to date with the range of courses and key dates.
- To ensure compliance with college admission policies.
- Liaise regularly with both academic and administrative staff.
- To maintain inquiries and follow-ups.
- To act as a bridge between students and management.
- Resolving student issues such as sections, fees, and discounts.
- To monitor the status of admission in courses /sections to ensure admissions are going according to plan and target.
- To initiate and coordinate with the marketing department and plan activities relating to admission including dates when admission will be open.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree 16 Years of Education.
- Experience: Fresh or 1 Year of experience as an Admission Officer. (Working experience at an accountancy institute would ab an added advantage)
- Skills:
- Proficient in the use of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Proficient in the use of Social Media (Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn).
- Excellent communication on calls.
- Good convincing power.

- Fluent in Urdu (Fluency in English would be a plus
