Key Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Management:
- Maintain and update product listings on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and other e-commerce sites.
- Monitor online sales and marketing trends to optimize listings and increase visibility.
Daily Administration:
- Coordinate daily operational and logistical activities.
- Manage correspondence, schedule meetings, and organize company records.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Procurement and Supply Chain:
- Follow up on procurement processes, ensuring timely delivery and quality of goods.
- Liaise with suppliers and manage relationships for optimal service.
Marketing Support:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
- Contribute to social media management and content creation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management and administrative roles.
